You're exhausted by communication misfires, endless fights, or the deafening silence of two people who've all but given up trying.
☞ Your head is spinning from the accusations, insinuations, and frustrations.
☞ You desperately want change, but you can’t figure out if you’re the one who needs to change, or if you’ve simply outgrown a marriage that may not have started on such solid footing anyway.
☞ You have a sneaking suspicion your husband doesn’t treat you well, but he’s got you convinced that you’re the problem. And even though you’ve done everything he’s asked to try to change, somehow it still doesn’t seem to be enough.
☞ Or maybe you’re husband is a super great guy, and a voice screams in your head all day, “WHY CAN’T YOU JUST BE HAPPY???”
Is there one more thing you could do that would magically flip a switch and save this freight train from colliding directly into the D-word?
There’s a huge stack of emotional boxes at your feet that need sorting and you’d really like to Marie Kondo the shit out of them because they sure as shit don’t spark joy. But you have kids and you’ll do anything to protect them from the fallout.
Oh Love. I so get it...
I’m Kate Anthony, host of The Divorce Survival Guide Podcast, and a certified life coach who helps moms decide if they should stay in or leave their marriages.
I empower women just like you to find their strength, passion, and confidence even in the most disempowering of circumstances and then help them move forward with concrete plans set on a solid foundation, putting their children at the center (not in the middle) of all decisions.
But most of all, I’ve been there…
When I was in the depths of despair struggling to decide whether or not to leave my marriage, I wanted a burning bush; I wanted someone, or something, to tell me clearly, “It’s time to go,” or “Stay, and you’ll get through this.” I desperately wanted to protect my son from the fallout of divorce, but I wasn’t sure if I was doing more damage by keeping him in this marriage.
I really just wanted to know if the agony I was in now would pay off in the end.
Would we get to the other side of this mountain we’d been falling down and scrambling over, and rejoice that we made it, walking off into the sunset hand-in-hand like some Nicholas Sparks movie?
Or was what awaited on the other side more of the same hell, just with a different view?
Would I ever be happy in my marriage?
Would I ever be happy on my own?
Would I ever just be fucking happy???
During this time my ex and I did an inordinate amount of work on ourselves:
✔︎ We were in group couples' therapy (yes, that's a thing)
✔︎ We were in individual couples therapy
✔︎ Each of us had our own separate therapists
✔︎ and we were both long-time members of 12-Step programs
but in the end, none of that hard work saved our marriage.
It did, however, help us get through our divorce as successfully as possible, putting our son at the center of every decision we made.
It also informed the work I do today helping women answer hard questions, like:
➥ Is it him or is it me?
➥ Am I overly sensitive, or is he actually mean?
➥ Am I really that much of a nag, or is he just not pulling his weight?
➥ Has too much water gone under the bridge, or is there really something we haven't tried?
➥ If my husband won't go to therapy with me, can our marriage still be saved?
➥ If he’s such a great guy, why can’t I just be happy?
And the biggest question of all:
Should I stay or should I go?

In this groundbreaking group coaching program, you’ll get the support, education, and deep transformational work you need to finally get the answer to your most burning question.
Should I Stay or Should I Go is an online coaching experience in which you are guided through a 12-week process by a certified life and relationship coach — who also happens to be a divorced mom who’s been there, done that.
In this transformational program, you’ll come together with a group of women who all have the same questions that you do (no, really, they do), and feel the power of sisterhood like never before.
You’ll get life coaching tools, relationship education, geeky neuroscience, community support, deep self-work...and it will change your life. No lie.
There is no other coaching program out there that’s designed to answer this specific question with such an in-depth study of marriage, human psychology, and the cultural influences that impact 21st century couples.
There is no other coaching program out there that’s been put together by someone who’s walked this path and who’s also a professional with years of experience helping women successfully travel the road to freedom.
By the end of your 12-week journey you will:
This program isn’t just about figuring out if you should stay or go.
It’s about making sure you heal from your past and make healthy choices from a place of deep self-worth — and knowing that you are worthy of love and happiness, no matter what.
Still not sure this is right for you?
Let’s dig a little deeper...
This program is TOTES for you if:
This program is DEFINITELY NOT for you if:
✘ You’re currently being physically abused. If this is the case, I urge you to contact your local DV shelter and get help immediately for your own safety and security.
✘ You’re looking for a quick-fix. This program is rigorous and deep, and will ask a lot of you. This is the hardest question you’ll ever answer in your life, and it deserves your full and deep attention.
✘ You’re pretty sure it’s all his fault and if he’d just do what you tell him to do, everything would be fine. I’m gonna ask you to look at (and own) you shit. It may not be pretty, but it’ll be worth it.
✘ You’re not able to realistically commit the time necessary. It’s my commitment that all women who go through this program are deeply transformed by it. If you don’t have the time to commit to it, that simply won’t happen.
✘ You’re anti-gay, anti-diversity, anti-feminist and don’t believe “toxic masculinity” is a thing. We’re gonna get deep into this shit, and it’s important that you’re open-minded on the topic. And yes, it’s relevant. More than you think.
✘ You’re bothered by swearing. Hi, have you met me?

OK WAIT I HAVE QUESTIONS!
Lucky for you, I have all the answers!
Why should I do this in a group? What about your 1:1 work?
When women gather together there is an inexplicable power that uplifts each individual as a part of a whole. As the group grows, so do its members. There’s something about women’s primal nature that calls us to gather in tribes. It runs through our DNA. This is why we join book clubs, but never read the books, why we all dream of moving to a commune together, and why the idea of having a group of “sister-wives” can seem really appealing some days. We’re better when we’re together. We’re more successful, we’re happier, we’re healthier (this is scientifically proven, btw). I guess the question should be, “Why would you not want to do this in a group?”
How much time do I need to commit to this?
Past participants said 2-4 hours, with a few saying 4-6. If you carve out 4 hours, you’ll be more than fine. This is a dense course. This course will require your focus and attention. It also might be confronting and difficult at times. I’ve worked in a week of restoration and processing in each module which will also give you time to catch up with any work you’ve lost track of.
I already know I need to leave. Is this still for me?
YES! If you already know you want to go, but you’re having trouble making the final move, this program is DEFINITELY for you. Let’s face it, anyone who’s googling this, following me on social media, or listening to my podcast probably already wants to go. But it’s the ground that stands between that knowledge and taking action that this course covers.
Does everyone who takes this course leave their marriage?
Nope. I’ve had clients stay in their marriages, a few of them really happily. This course will give you clarity. It will give you information, and tools that you can take home and put to work to save your marriage right away. If you have a willing partner, and if too much water hasn’t gone under the bridge, you can absolutely save your marriage by doing this work.
How can I do this without my husband and kids knowing?
I’ve tried to make this work as accessible as possible with the privacy constraints of my clients top of mind. Every lesson in this program is available to watch as a video, download as an audio, or read as a transcript. At this time, guest expert interviews are available as audio and video downloads only.
You may have to get creative and get out of the house for a couple of hours a week. You may have to tell a white lie and say you’re taking a ceramics class. Past participants did the work on their lunch breaks at work, and attended weekly calls from their cars. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.
What are your credentials? Why should I trust you?
I was certified as a life coach from one of the top coach training organizations in the world, The Coaches Training Institute. After my two-year training with them, I went on to advanced training with The Center for Right Relationship, where I spent a year studying organization and relationship systems coaching. In addition to my private coaching practice, I spent three years as an Interpersonal Communications Consultant for Working Voices, a global communications consultancy, training Fortune 500 executives at Goldman Sachs, CitiBank, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, BlackRock and others in executive presence, communication, emotional intelligence, presentation skills, and cross-cultural communication.
In addition to having run a private coaching practice since 2011, I’ve been a divorced mom since 2009. I not only have the professional chops to teach you this, I have the personal experience to relate to you, understand your journey, and empathically connect with you.
I’ve been in therapy for a while, but nothing’s changing. How will this be any different?
I like to think of it like this: therapy takes you where you are now, and digs into your past to try to understand how and why you think, feel, and act the way you do.
Therapy is introspective and clarifying.
Coaching takes you where you are now and moves you forward into a future of your own design. Sure, there's some past-digging to do, because usually the things that block us have to do with stuff we've been through, or stories we've made up about ourselves due to past experiences.
Coaching is actionable and transformational.
I've had a number of clients who've been in therapy for years but got to a place where they thought, "OK, yeah, I get it all, but now what??" I find these clients to be my biggest success stories, and the ones who make the biggest leaps in the shortest period of time.
I've had a number of clients who were in therapy for years, and within a few weeks of coaching have said, "Wow. In all my years of therapy, I never felt such huge shifts."
I find the most effective process usually includes both therapy and coaching, or some combination of the two.
Is the Facebook group really private? I’m nervous to share on a public forum like that.
Our group will be CLOSED. This means that people who are not in the group can search for it and see that it exists, but they WILL NOT be able to see who’s IN the group, other than moderators and admins (me). While posts will show up in your Facebook feed, they are not visible to ANYONE outside the group. This means that ONLY those who are in the group will be able to see what’s posted there. So yes. It is private.
How can I be sure my story will be safe?
I’ve never had a problem with this. Every woman joining this group is in the same boat. Everyone in this program is worried about their confidentiality, so if everyone approaches the group with trust and commits to hold that sacred, everyone will benefit from that.
That being said, when the program begins everyone will have to sign an agreement, and one of the points is about confidentiality and privacy. The facebook group and program will be run with rigor. If anything is shared outside the group, the violator will be removed from the community and the program immediately, with no refund offered. As I said, I’ve never had an issue with that, but I have built this precaution in just in case.
This is kind of expensive! Is it worth it?
You’re right. It is expensive. I’ve put a LOT of thought into the pricing of this program, and here’s what I can tell you: it’s worth it, and it will save you a lot of money down the line. This is the most in-depth program available today on this topic. There are over 30 video lessons alone! I am available in the Facebook group practically around the clock (just ask past participants!), and commit myself 100% to this program — and to YOU. I work with a few divorce attorneys and financial planners who all say that doing this work will save you literally thousands of dollars down the road, in therapy or attorney fees. If you stay in your marriage, this program will literally skyrocket your marital recovery, and your therapy bills will be a lot lower. If you leave, you will have tools to move forward that will save literally thousands in attorney’s fees by being heads and shoulders ahead of the game in terms of your own recovery, which means you’ll have your head on straight when it comes to negotiating important issues.
How can I pay for this without my husband seeing the charge?
Unfortunately, due to the constraints of financial institutions, my name will appear on your credit card statement. If you’re worried about your husband googling my name and seeing who I am and what I do, I suggest asking a friend of family member to put the charge on their card and giving them cash, or taking out a card in your name just for this purchase.
Can I pay you a different way, like, mail you a check or something?
Unfortunately I cannot make special arrangements like this, otherwise I’d spend my life managing other people’s finances, rather than creating the content you’ve come to rely on from me. I teach healthy boundaries in this course, and this is one of mine. I also teach personal empowerment, so I urge you to not let this stop you.
These dates don’t work for me. When will this be offered again?
Due to the nature of mom’s lives and the length and depth of the program, I’m currently only running this program twice a year, in the spring and the fall. If I get enough interest for a summer program I’ll consider adding one. Currently the next round will begin September 14th.
